Study On The Adjustment Of Acoustic Environment Functional Zones In Dongsheng District Of Ordos City

The functional area for acoustic environment provides scientific basis for urban social development and construction activities,and provides guidance for urban industrial layout and industrial restructuring.Guided by the general urban plans,the city will focus on the recent construction plans and current situation of land use.According to the nature of the planned land use,the status of the land use,the current status of acoustic environment quality and the current acoustic environment functional area,the category of acoustic environment functional areas have been scientifically divided.This paper takes Dongsheng District of Erdos City as the research object.the regional type of Dongsheng District is identified in accordance with the leading functions of urban planning land and the current situation of land use,According to relevant laws and technical norms The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution,as well as the sound environmental quality level and the development trend.Making full use of the objective existing rivers,lakes,hillsides,valleys,gullies,green spaces,open spaces,embankments,harbors,roads,railways,high walls and other boundary lines,the cityis divided into multiple zoning units.Those with the same area type have been combined into one area.Therefore,type 1 and 4 acoustic environment functional areas are identified,After the monitoring of the noise of each acoustic environment function zoning unit,the results are analyzed and tested.Compared with the adjustment results of the acoustic environment functional area of Dongsheng District,the results mentioned above were in line with the noise environmental management requirements of Dongsheng District.Therefore,the division of the urban acoustic environment functional area fully considers the urban ecological principle,economic principle and sustainable development principle.The research methods and results of dividing acoustic environment functional zones presented in this paper is directive to the process of division in other similar cities.
