| With the deepening of urbanization,the rapid growth of population,the rapid development of the industrial level has brought tremendous pressure on the environment,and water pollution problems have become increasingly prominent.Building sewage treatment plants and treating sewage making it meet the emission standards,achieving the reuse of sewage is an effective way to solve this problem.The traditional sewage treatment plant used artificial field control equipment to carry out the sewage treatment.Because of the complexity of the sewage treatment process and the scale of sewage treatment,the production efficiency is low,the quality of the effluent is not stable,and it can not meet the control requirements of the sewage treatment.Therefore,the design of the automatic control of the sewage treatment monitoring system is of practical significance.In this paper,with a sewage treatment plant as the background,researching and designing a set of automatic control capacity of the sewage treatment monitoring system.The sewage of sewage treatment plant mainly comes from domestic sewage,whose processing capacity reaches 40,000m~3/d and processing technology is improved process of A~2/O(based on biological treatment of activated sludge process).The monitoring system is divided into three levels:the first level is for field instrumentation(field layer),mainly used for testing data collection and maintenance of the system;the second level is the PLC control station(control layer),including water pumping station PLC station and PLC station substation,is designed to meet the requirements of decentralized control;the third level is the central control center(Management),the main role is to realize the process of remote monitoring and data recording,storage,play the effect of centralized management.The system is connected with the field layer and the control layer through the field bus,the control layer and the management layer through the Ethernet to realize the data communication transmission.According to the process requirements of the plant,the control strategy is formulated and the control of the rough grid,the lifting pump and the blower is achieved.Through the analysis of the control object,the SIEMENS S7-300is chosen as the field control equipment,and the hardware configuration of the control system is carried out by Step7.The correctness of the design is verified by S7-PLCSIM.The configuration of the monitor screen of the host computer is completed by the force control 7 of the domestic configuration software.A fuzzy neural controller design method is put forward in this paper.The control effect of the controller is verified by the simulation.The sewage treatment monitoring system is easy to operate,stable operation,has reached the design requirements,and a certain practical significance. |
