In recent years,the national economic growth is slowing,international oil prices continue drifting lower,oil market supply exceeds demand,combined with the impact of blend oil,new energy resources;the competition of refined petroleum products market is fierce,Oil sales enterprise is facing the most severe "winter” of market.Facing the great challenges,CNPC SH sales company,actively adapted to the changing of the market environment of domestic and overseas,to re-examine its own business activities,in-depth case studied the problems existing in the company's operating management,found the path of sustainable development in the future for grasping the development opportunities,winning the greater development.The author,considering to the current economic situation,development and countermeasures of big oil companies both at home and abroad,combining the development trend of the domestic economy and the further research of product oil market,with the tools of operations management theory and the analysis of the environmental analysis,combed the current Chinese oil SH sales company facing difficulties facing serious challenges and its own development,and then put forward the optimization strategy,business operation management,sustained to provide strong support and healthy development.This paper studies the operations management optimization strategy of CNPC SH Sales Company;the results of study are summarized as following:1.The paper outlined the company related operations management: connotation and characteristics;Summarizes the main content of operation and management,this paper describes the three operating environment analysis tools,summed up the "modern management methods of fine management,Internet +" in line with the actual SH sales company,to provide theoretical support as the actual research.2.This paper analyzes the problems of operation and management of CNPC SH sales company.Through in-depth study of domestic and international oil market development,analyzed the operating status by integrated using of PEST,five forces model,SWOT analysis tool and questionnaire of SH sales company,analyzes the existing problems in the management of company operation.3.The author puts forward the optimization strategy of SH sales company;using the new technologies,methods of modern management to solve the four aspects problems of cost control,marketing,network planning,talent management,put forward the corresponding optimization strategy,easures of operation and management in accordance with the actual SH sales company.4.The author analyzes partially the application effect of the optimization strategy.Using the key indicators to analyze the effect of partial optimization strategy of the third Branch CNPC SH sales company,by using the key indexes,proves the correctness and feasibility of the research in this paper.This article is based on the operation management optimization strategy of CNPC SH sales company,in order to improve the operation and management,improve the benefits and raise the professional competition ability continuously,also has certain reference significance for other refined oil sales companies.
