Research On Working Capital Management Optimization Of TK Company

Working capital management as an important part of financial management,its management level will have an important impact on the liquidity and profitability of enterprise funds and business performance.Currently,working capital management is not taken seriously by management in most enterprises.Some enterprises have only stayed in the analysis of individual factors such as accounts receivable,inventory,accounts payable,etc.They are not integrated with the specific business processes of enterprises and have certain limitations.This paper chooses TK company as the research object,and uses inductive method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method to study the current situation and management effect of the company's working capital management,designing optimization plan for working capital management problem and its implementation safeguard measures.Firstly,this paper systematically elaborates the background and significance of the topic selection,summarizes the research status of working capital management at home and abroad,determines the research ideas and methods based on the theoretical results of experts and scholars,and elaborates the related theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,TK company is introduced from two aspects of general situation and organizational structure.The current situation of working capital management of TK company is analyzed from the aspects of working capital management system,related business processes,scale of working capital and its internal structure.The performance evaluation method of working capital management from the perspective of factors and channels is used to analyze the management effect of working capital and identifies working capital management issues and their causes.Thirdly,based on the problems of working capital management,the specific optimization scheme design is given.The ideas,objectives and principles of the optimization plan are elaborated,and optimization schemes are put forward from three links of procurement,production and sales.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of TK's working capital management optimization plan,specific safeguard measures are proposed,such as raising the awareness of workingcapital management,improving the relevant management system,the construction of information platform for working capital management,building a diversified performance evaluation system for working capital management,and comprehensively strengthening risk management,etc.
