Research On Establishing Ecological Compensation Mechanism Of The National Park

The national park system construction has become one of the important links in the establishment of an ecological civilization system.The new development of China's national park system has entered a new stage and has risen to the national level.In September 2017,the General Office of the State Council issued the “Overall Plan for Establishing a National Park System”,which has a great guiding role in the development of this field.As a special public recreation space,The ecological benefits it provides have significant diversity and complexity.It is indistinguishable from the ecological benefits provided by single ecological elements such as wetlands,grasslands and forests in national parks.Therefore,the national park ecological compensation is also confused with other types of ecological compensation.So the national park ecological compensation needs to systematically investigate the multi-ecological elements such as landscapes,forests,lakes and grasses in the region,in order to better plan the ecological compensation mechanism.For the current opportunities and challenges of national park ecological compensation,this paper summarizes the national park ecological compensation literature on the basis of domestic and foreign countries,and comprehensively and deeply discusses the connotation and characteristics of national parks and ecological compensation.The related theory is the theoretical basis to explore the practical significance of establishing the national park ecological compensation mechanism.In the international analysis of the national park ecological compensation practice in the international scope,based on its advanced experience in the national park ecological compensation system,methods,standards,etc.,explore the path that China's national park ecological compensation mechanism can take,and try to explore the country.The construction of the park ecological compensation mechanism.Taking Wuyishan National Park of Fujian Province as a typical case,this paper conducts in-depth research and analysis,expounds the current situation of Wuyishan National Park construction and ecological compensation,summarizes the actual problems of Wuyishan National Park,and proposes countermeasures to solve the problem.This is the protection of Wuyishan National Park.The economic development of the community,the inheritance of localtraditional culture,the improvement of the ecological awareness of community residents and the promotion of the construction of ecological civilization system all have great value and significance.This provides ideas for the research of ecological compensation in national parks and the promotion of ecological compensation mechanism.
