With the development of various industries, the improvement of the economic level, the gradual deterioration of the ecological environment and the exhaustion of the usage of resources,it is necessary to strengthen the concept of ecological protection and healthy consumption, and promote the development of green and low-carbon agriculture. As a big grain producing and consumer country,China's agricultural carbon emissions mainly come from the major agricultural provinces, especially the major grain producing areas. After a series of policies and measures to support agriculture, support agriculture and benefit farmers through reform and opening up,China's grain output has shown a rapid growth trend. However, due to such development trends, some new situations and problems have emerged in the low-carbon development of agriculture in the main grain producing areas.Under the objective reality of China's established economic development strategy and the existing natural conditions are difficult to change in a relatively short period of time.In order to ensure China's food security, change the inefficiency of food production due to widespread environmental pollution,it is necessary to realize the mode of grain growth from extensive to intensive, and to realize the development of low-carbon agriculture is an inevitable trend of modern agricultural development in the future. This study mainly includes the following four aspects.First, this paper obtains the comprehensive situation of carbon emissions in the main grain producing areas through the measurement of carbon emissions from fertilizer, agricultural film, pesticides, agricultural diesel,as well as sowing and tilling in the main grain producing areas during grain production. We found that the total amount of agricultural carbon emissions in 13 provinces and cities in China's major grain producing areas showed an increasing trend year by year, and with the change of time, there was a certain difference in the growth of carbon emissions among provinces and cities.Second, this paper comprehensively uses the super-efficient SBM directional distance function and the Malmquist-Luenburger productivity index method to measure the agricultural carbon productivity in the main grain producing areas, decomposes the source of growth in the main grain producing areas into technological efficiency changes and technological advances, and compares the agricultural carbon productivity from the time series and space, deeply analyzes characteristics of carbon productivity growth in major grain producing areas, and finally found that the growth of agricultural carbon productivity in China's major grain producing areas is fluctuating, and its growth sources are mainly derived from technological progress in terms of time and space.Third, according to relevant theories, this paper selects six factors, such as regional geographical environment, regional economic environment, rural human capital and urban greening degree, and uses the STIRPAT model to decompose the influencing factors of agricultural carbon emissions;therefore, through the quantile regression, the influence direction and influence degree of the measured agricultural carbon productivity are analyzed. It is found that the level of agricultural mechanization and the proportion of rural fixed assets investment have a certain effect on the agricultural carbon productivity. Moreover, different influencing factors have different inhibition or promotion effects at different grading points, and some factors have not significantly promoted and inhibited agricultural carbon productivity.Last but not least, this article proposes countermeasures to promote the growth of carbon productivity in all major provinces and cities based on the relevant conclusions of the empirical analysis,to help the region to better carry out green agricultural production activities, maintain regional ecological balance, and ease conflicts and conflicts between people and nature.
