FAST Company Security Risk Management Research

Gearbox manufacturing enterprises are personnel-intensive industries.With the vigorous development of the company,more and more risk management and control problems have emerged in the field management and control practice.Safety risk management has become the social responsibility and production of enterprises.As a provincial key machinery manufacturing enterprise,FAST gradually recognizes the importance of safety risk management and control.Over the years,the company has made many beneficial attempts for risk management and control,but its safety risks are due to lack of system and poor landing.There are still many problems in the management process.Based on the theory of security risk management,this paper adopts the methods of data analysis,literature research,on-site inspection and communication to conduct research,analyzes the field equipment and personnel activities,and adopts safety checklist and work hazard analysis to further evaluate the risk.The class has a large risk and is the central goal of enterprise security risk management.Proposed to build a safety risk management and control system,with risk prevention and control as the center,eliminating human aspects,physical aspects,and management defects,and detailed five components,including security risk management support,systems,processes,operations,and assessments.On the other hand,the implementation of these five key elements is to do a good job in risk management and risk control in front of the accident.With the deepening of the concept of the safety risk management system,the company will further move toward “zero injury to employees and zero injuries at work”."The goal is to continue to improve the company's risk management performance.In view of the current crux of FAST,it is recommended to take corresponding measures to protect,from the risk management and control institutions construction,risk management and control culture construction,risk management and control investment protection,risk management and control,risk grading and notification to strengthen the fundamental Supporting protection;improving performance and continuous improvement from five aspects: improving information communication,risk closed-loop management,grassroots team risk management,emergency drills,and risk management performance evaluation.Through the above measures to promote and implement,it provides support for the continuous improvement of the company's risk management and control capabilities and risk management and control performance.
