Takeout Delivery Route Optimization Considering Pickup And Delivery With Reduction Of Traffic Violations

In recent years,the takeout industry has facilitated people’s lives and has been accepted by more and more people.To meet the needs of punctuality,the takeout workers usually ride illegally.It increases the difficulty in urban traffic management and also brings a considerable risk to the takeout platforms.The Transportation Bureau of cities has stipulated that the traffic violations of takeout workers will be directly linked with the platforms.If many takeout workers break traffic regulations,the takeout platforms will take sole responsibility.What is more,the takeout platforms’ business standing will also be affected.The Transportation Bureau of cities requires that the platforms must formulate reasonable numeral value of traffic offense fine and establish the punishment mechanism.In Beijing,the takeout workers who break the traffic regulations will be punished by the traffic police,and the platforms will be blamed.In Shanghai,the platforms whose traffic safety management is imperfect will be punished.In Guangzhou,the platforms’ credit rating will be influenced by the traffic violations of takeout workers.The Transportation Bureau has strengthened supervision on takeout platforms,but the supervision of the takeout platforms for the traffic violations of takeout workers is still insufficient.It is not only the responsibility of the Transportation Bureau but also the responsibility of the takeout platforms to regulate the takeout workers’ traffic behaviors.The takeout platforms should meet the business needs,which includes improving delivery efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.What is more,the takeout platforms should meet the needs of urban traffic.The takeout platforms should regulate the behaviors of takeout workers to reduce the incidence of traffic violations.To sum up,how to reduce the traffic violations of takeout workers,improve delivery efficiency,enhance customer satisfaction in the path optimization,and determine the appropriate punishment value for the traffic violations of takeout workers is a problem solved.From the perspective of the takeout platforms,this paper not only considers meeting the business needs but also considers meeting the needs of the urban traffic.This paper develops the static model and the dynamic model to reduce traffic violations,improve delivery efficiency,and to enhance customer satisfaction.Based on the data of the M platform,this paper uses MATLAB software to solve the static model and the dynamic model and determines the reasonable numeral value of traffic offense fine,which including the punishment for running red lights and the punishment for Overspeed.According to the result,this paper proposes the management recommendations.There are 49 figures,34 tables,and 86 references in this paper.
