With the continuous renewal of our national cities and the construction of new campuses in colleges and universities. At the same time, with the urban population agglomeration and high-density development, the urban road network density continues to increase, and various leisure and entertainment facilities around the school continue to increase.Accompanying this is that urban campuses are increasingly affected by various noise pollution..The quality of the campus acoustic environment will directly affect the lives, learning, work and physical and mental health of teachers and students.People who have been exposed to noise for a long period of time will have symptoms such as deafness, vision loss, memory loss, insomnia, physical weakness, and even lead to hypertension, heart disease, depression, mental illness, endocrine disorders, etc. Therefore,it will affect the daily communication, learning and quality of life of teachers and students in the school. Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate and optimize the campus noise. This study proposes three optimization schemes(noise barrier, green belt and mixed arrangement of noise barrier and green belt)based on the current situation of the acoustic environment of Zhejiang University of Technology Through Noisesystem software simulation of these three scenarios, their ability to reduce noise intensity is obtained, and The auditory perception under different improvement measures was determined. In order to determine the visual perception of the optimization measures,100 school teachers and students of different ages were randomly selected, and each sample scored the noise barrier and green belt in the simulated scene from the visual and auditory perspectives.By combining the comprehensive evaluation of hearing and vision, the results show that the noise barrier can give people a better hearing experience, but the green forest belt can give people a better audio-visual subjective experience, and the combination of the sound barrier and the green forest belt has the best comprehensive benefits. Therefore, while considering the improvement measures to reduce noise, the visual design should also be fully considered, and the visual perception of vegetation is stronger than the conventional sound barrier effect.Based on the comparison and analysis of the above three optimization schemes, the preferredscheme is to apply green belts, and the corresponding optimized scheme is proposed with the local space of the preferred scheme as the goal, and the acoustic environment numerical simulation experiment on the optimized scheme is carried out and verified Improve the effect. The technical route proposed by this study to evaluate and optimize the urban renewal plan through acoustic environment simulation provides a useful idea for ensuring the planning and design methods in the urban renewal process and the environmental quality after implementation.
