With the development of a gas field in Linxing,the gas production decreases year by year and the pressure decreases continuously,but the water content increases continuously.The actual production parameters of the gas field gathering and transportation system will not match the original design scheme.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the matching of the field gathering and transportation system,find out the weaknesses of the system efficiency,and evaluate each one pertinently.Indicators improve the matching of the system through operation optimization,so as to achieve the goal of cost reduction and gain service for on-site production.Firstly,this paper studies the present situation of surface gathering and transportation technology in Linxing Gas Field.On this basis,the matching evaluation index of gathering pipeline,pipeline network matching evaluation index and dehydration energy consumption index of treatment station are put forward to evaluate the matching of gas gathering and transportation system in Linxing Gas Field.Through the comparison of evaluation methods,the weights of the above indexes are finally calculated by using Analytic Hierarchy Process.For the evaluation of the matching of the acquisition pipeline,the formation of hydrate is taken as the evaluation index.According to the field production data,the process flow was analyzed and calculated.Three schemes of heat preservation,heating and alcohol injection were proposed for single well with poor matching with field production.The software PIPEPHASE,TGNET and Leda Flow were used to simulate the three schemes,and the factors affecting them were analyzed.The scheme with high matching with field production was obtained.For the optimization of pipeline network matching,the optimization model is established,and the PIPEPHASE optimization module is used to optimize the flow of the field;the calculation process of pipeline network efficiency is calculatedusing the black box model.For the analysis of dehydration process of treatment station,whether the dew point of natural gas transported from outside is qualified or not is taken as its evaluation index.The dehydration process of triethylene glycol was simulated by using HYSYS software,and the key factors affecting the dehydration effect were analyzed.The energy consumption of the treatment station was optimized by using the optimizer of HYSYS.Finally,by comparing the scores of each index before and after optimization,the matching of the optimized gas gathering and transportation system is better,which can provide theoretical basis for future gas field construction.
