Lamadian Oilfield has entered the later stage of development,It's facing a problem about high degree of crude oil production,high water content and production continued to decline.According to the production situation of oil field,it's necessary to study the distribution of energy consumption in gathering and transportation system,to find out the main reason of low efficiency and high energy consumption.Thus put forward a reasonable transformation measures,the purpose is to achieve energy consumption.According to the actual situation of gathering and transportation system in Lamadian Oilfield,the following research work has been carried out:(1)The structure and process characteristics of the gathering and transportation process are analyzed,The system is divided into 3 parts of oil transfer station,metering and gathering pipeline.According to the principle of energy balance,energy balance model is established and energy consumption evaluation index is given.(2)According to the process of double pipe water gathering and transportation,A mathematical model for the optimization of the operation process of the double pipe water gathering and transportation process was established based on the minimum energy consumption of the gathering and transportation system as the objective function and the main operating parameters of water content,water temperature as the decision variables.According to the structural characteristics of mathematical model,the global convergence genetic algorithm is designed to solve it.(3)Based on C++builder programming platform,the application software of energy consumption analysis and optimization of production operation parameters is developed.It can realize the energy consumption analysis of the gathering and transferring system of the oil transfer station and determine the distribution of energy consumption and find out the weak link of energy consumption of gathering and transportation system.It also can optimize the parameters of the gathering and transportation system to reduce the production cost.(4)We analysis Energy consumption and optimize production operation of gathering and transportation system of 501 transfer station and 641 transfer station in Lamadian Oilfield.Compared with that before optimization,the water temperature of 501 transfer station is decreased by 10?,the total water content is increased by 130m~3/d,daily power consumption of oil transfer station is increased by 192kW·h,daily gas consumption is decreased by 2262m~3,daily operating expenses is decreased by 1153 yuan per day,the drop is 29%;the water temperature of 641 transfer station is decreased by 11?,the total water content is increased by 165m~3/d,daily power consumption of oil transfer station is increased by 225 k W·h,daily gas consumption is decreased by 1221m~3,daily operating expenses is decreased by 873 yuan per day,the drop is 32%.
