| Complex structure cluster wells are the frontier technologies that can greatly improve oil and gas well production and ultimate recovery. The while-drilling anticollision detection system is one of the key technologies to ensure the safe drilling of complex structural wells. In this paper, the while-drilling anti-collision detection system based on the method of high-power current exciting magnetic field is studied. On the basis of a thorough analysis of its basic principle and the characteristics of sending and receiving signals, the overall design of the detection system is completed.According to the characteristics of zero-crossing square wave, high noise and strong interference,a signal processing method based on harmonic reconstruction is proposed.Firstly, the received signal is processed by DFT with frequency focusing characteristics.Secondly, the fundamental frequency of square wave is locked by searching the spectrum peak of DFT.Then, the odd harmonic of square wave is selected to reconstruct the original time domain square wave signal through IDFT.Finally, the magnitude of square wave is obtained by zero-crossing detection and time-domain averaging method. The feasibility and accuracy of this method are verified by numerical simulation and simulation experiments. In addition, this paper completes the hardware framework design of the ground instrument of the detection system, and develops the design of the supporting detection and control software. The ground instrument can control the current intensity and frequency transmitted by the current source, and can realize data transmission and display between ground and underground. The detection and control software adopts My Eclipse as visual development environment, uses object-oriented Java language, uses Java 3D,JFree Chart plug-ins and API to design UI interface and develop main functions, and embeds signal processing algorithm,zero-crossing detection algorithm and positioning method in order to realize real-time display and control of well spacing. The research results of this paper lay a good foundation for the ultimate realization of directional drilling and cluster well anti-collision control. |
