At present,the shortage of oil and gas resources is a very serious problem in the world.The advanced cluster drilling method is of great help to the improvement of oil and gas recovery rate,and the cluster drilling technology is more and more widely used in various oil fields.However,in order to ensure the safe drilling of cluster Wells and avoid engineering accidents,it is necessary not only to know the trajectory of the well drilled around before drilling,but also to conduct accurate anti-collision scanning during drilling,which is of great significance to reduce the risk of collision.In view of the problems of the existing passive anti-collision detection technology at home and abroad,such as short detection distance,low detection accuracy and need to lower instruments and equipment in adjacent Wells,this paper proposes a detection method of anticollision while drilling based on transient electromagnetic method.Based on static electromagnetic detection,a 3D dynamic model of electromagnetic collision prevention while drilling was established by using COMSOL Multiphysics finite element software,and the distribution of intermediate substances in real downhole space was simulated.The electromagnetic collision prevention while drilling instrument was constructed 1:1 according to the prototype.On this basis,the variation of voltage of receiving coil and the distribution of magnetic field intensity are analyzed when there are different number of target Wells around the probe well.This method improves the domestic electromagnetic anti-collision technology from static to dynamic,ensures the measurement while drilling,and improves the real-time and detection accuracy of anti-collision monitoring while drilling.In addition,when the probe is rotated to different positions,the surrounding formation information can be maximized,enabling multi-target detection.Finally,some simulation experiments are carried out to verify the simulation model.The simulation and experimental verification results show that this method can carry out real-time anti-collision detection in the process of collar drilling,and can retrieve the distance and azimuth of adjacent Wells to achieve the purpose of anti-collision,which verifies the feasibility of the anti-collision monitoring method proposed in this paper,and also provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of subsequent instruments.
