| With the deterioration of quality,the increasing difficulties of development and the rising risk of abnormal drilling conditions turn to be the main factors which restrict the development of oil industry.Considering the informationalized and intelligentized trends of petroleum industry development direction,combining the drilling and information technologies is a way to solve the above problem.It’s necessary to do the research into the real-time analysis of drilling data.With the aim of software development,analyzing the function requirements of the drilling data real-time analysis software,propose the mainly contents of the research.Firstly,this paper calculates the rheological parameters by using least square method and LM nonlinear regression method,and then optimizes the rheological model;Based on the models of Professor Yan Jienian and API recommended,considering the influence of pressure and temperature on the density and viscosity,calculate the bottom hole pressure iteratively.Secondly,study and optimize the drilling data transmission method.Follow to the Wellsite Information Transfer Standard(WITS),and make sure that this technique can be applied practically.Thirdly,considering the calculated data which is calculated previously、PWD data and the compound logging data,establish the BP network.Using the BP network and the normal conditional discriminative model to monitor the abnormal drilling conditions.Finally,write the software by hybrid programming of VB.net and MATLAB.Using the field data to verify the reliability of the software,and the verification result shows its applied potential. |
