Analysis Of Turkmenistan's Natural Gas Export Prospects

Since the 21st century,Turkmenistan's oil and gas and other raw materials have exported huge amounts of fiscal revenue,gold and foreign exchange reserves because of rising oil prices.Owing to the steep decline in the international crude oil prices in the second quarter of 2014,the economy of Turkmenistan,which relies on oil and natural gas exports,has been severely affected and the domestic economy and society are no longer stable.Under the weak international economic environment,GDP,fiscal revenue,household income and living standards have all been affected.It can be seen that Turkmenistan's economy is highly dependent on international oil prices.This paper studies the impact of low oil prices on China.From the aspects of residential life,politics and economy as well as the oil and gas industry,we can see that the per capita disposable income of Chinese residents shows a positive correlation with the international oil prices.Similarly,the prices of oil products and energy-The employment rate will drop accordingly.However,the low oil price boosted China's import of energy and increased China's political status.As a result,investment in the energy industry was reduced and profits dropped.However,the energy import industry developed rapidly.The oil and gas cooperation between China and the United Kingdom has always been on the rise,and political,economic and cultural exchanges have been strengthened.In view of the reasons for the current economic dilemma in Turkmenistan,this paper proposes relevant strategies from the following three aspects:international relations,domestic political reform and economic reform,respectively,to seize the market through energy exports,weaken the sanctions in western countries,and strengthen cooperation with Asia headed by China Energy cooperation among different countries ensures Turkmenistan's energy exports.By optimizing its own energy institutions,promoting the privatization of oil companies,vigorously developing other industries and agriculture and building a reasonable economic structure,the economy of Turkmenistan will develop healthily.
