Quality Management Research In EPC Mode Of Turkmenistan Natural Gas Processing Plant

As one model of Engineering Project Management,EPC has been widely used on the international.Overseas construction projects increased accordingly as the increasing need for energy sources,and results for extensive application of EPC model in petroleum industry.It is necessary to carry out research on quality control of EPC project,combined with the situation of our country,petroleum industry and special overseas project.Based on the theory of quality control,this paper analyzed and taken research on model of EPC project and the state of quality control,and found out that current quality control model of in gas processing plant cannot meet the requirement of overseas project.As a result,proposed a suitable quality control model for gas processing plant in abroad.Example of gas processing plant construction in Turkmenistan,the author put forward a quality manage plan for gas processing plant,which contained the organization,and quality system building.During the plant building process,the author implemented quality management research according to the quality system documents,and proposed the quality control process and control measures during designing,which included design,purchasing,site construction and pilot run process.Finally,summarizes the quality problem emerged all over the construction process of gas processing plant in Turkmenistan.Successfully production of the gas processing plant demonstrated that the quality management system in this paper is applicable,and provided a reference for Chinese enterprises take part in other gas processing plant in abroad.
