| SHX is a long-distance pipeline.The length of SHX is 100.332 km,diameter Φ426×10,pipe for the 16 Mn steel.As the SHX oil pipeline construction time is longer,the pipeline operating environment is more complex,pipeline corrosion phenomenon occurs,which will directly affect the service life of the pipeline.In order to clarify the corrosion status of the pipeline,timely and effective detection of defects,assessment of pipeline safety,and to carry out the corresponding repair work,so the pipeline corrosion testing and safety assessment work is very necessary.Therefore,this article on the SHX corrosion within the choice of leakage magnetic endoscopy,external corrosion direct evaluation method.The results showed that the wall corrosion resistance was 324,the soil resistivity was low,the soil pH was alkaline,the content of chloride ion in the soil,the content of sulfate ion and the salt content were all high,and the corrosion resistance of the coating was 592.Part of the pipe section due to damage to the destruction of cathodic protection requirements.The residual strength of the pipeline was calculated by ASME B31 G,DNV-RP-F101 and RSTRENG.The relationship between the corrosion degree of the pipeline and the influencing factors of corrosion is explored,and a multiple linear regression equation is established.At the same time,considering the randomness of the corrosive factors,the reliability evaluation of the pipeline is carried out,and the failure probability is calculated by the Rayleigh method and the Monte Carlo method.Finally,the finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the equivalent stress of the pipeline,and the maximum equivalent stress variation is summarized. |
