my country is one of the countries in the world where water resources are scarce,and there are water shortages in many regions.With the rapid economic development,the demand for water is increasing day by day,especially the water consumption of the industrial industry has increased significantly,and many production areas have produced a large amount of wastewater with high salt content.This type of wastewater is characterized by high salinity and large discharge.Due to the high salinity and complex composition of high-salt wastewater,direct discharge will cause serious pollution and damage to the environment,and will cause system scaling and corrosion in the system pipeline for a long time.Over time,it is easy to cause damage to the equipment and serious impact Safe production,even causing casualties,threatens people’s lives and economic development.Therefore,the treatment of industrial circulating cooling water and improving its utilization efficiency have become the key to industrial water saving,and are also serious concerns of the country and society.This topic is about reducing the risk of scaling and corrosion of high-salt wastewater in the circulating cooling water system through chemical methods.This method is simple to operate and has low construction costs.It is still the most commonly used method for processing circulating cooling water.According to the water quality of the high-salt wastewater in the circulating cooling water system of a power plant,we prepared and prepared a scale and corrosion inhibitor suitable for high-salt wastewater,and through the static scale inhibition experiment calcium carbonate deposition method,limit carbonate experiment,rotary pendant corrosion test research Its scale and corrosion inhibitor performance finally determines the formula and optimal dosage of the compound scale and corrosion inhibitor.The results show that PBTCA has the best scale inhibition effect when 6 water treatment agents are used alone.On this basis,4 scale inhibitors PBTCA,PESA,PASP and HPMA with higher scale inhibition rate are selected for compound experiment.When the compounding ratio is 1:1,PESA/PASP has the best scale inhibition effect,and the scale inhibition rate reaches 85.61%.In this paper,the static scale experiment was used to study the ratio of compound scale and corrosion inhibitors.The results showed that the ratio of PESA to PASP reached a maximum of 93.66% when the ratio was 3:2.The results of the limit carbonate experiment show that when the concentration of PESA/PASP(3:2)is 10mg/L,the concentration multiple can reach more than 7 while ensuring that no significant scaling occurs in the circulating water system.The corrosion test results of the rotating coupon show that the water treatment agentformulation PESA/PASP has a good corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel when the concentration is 15mg/L,and the maximum corrosion inhibition rate reaches more than 90%.
