| Based on the recirculated cooling water system in WISCO coking corporation, the dissertation studied the applying problems of nonoxidizing fungicide TCMTB and its complex formulation.By adapting rotary coupon, static scale, hemocytometer counter and polarization curve methods ,the properties of corrosion inhibition ,scale inhibition and fungicide about TCMTB and its complex formulations were researched.We obtained highly effective complex formulations by orthogonal experiment .The results indicate that TCMTB has poor single corrosion and scale inhibition property, but have excellent fungicide property .A better complex formulation which contains Zinc salt 4mg/L , HEDP 50mg/L, humic acid 25mg/L, TCMTB 25mg/L, Glutaraldehyde 25mg/L was obtained by screening test .The corrosion inhibition efficiency of the formulation can reach 95.77%, the anti-scaling efficiency can reach 85.37%,and the fungicide efficiency can reach above 99.99%.The complex formulation has widely pH adapting scope,excellent anti-eroding ablity and stronger temperature adaptability. Theoretical analysis of its effect mechanism shows that some synergetic effects exist in the aspects of its corrosion-inhibition,anti-scaling and fungicide ability.Owing to the synergetic effect,the complex formulation has satisfactory ability to resist corrosion ,scale and bacteria .The technological economical evaluation shows that the complex formulation in dealing with recirculated cooling water has a low price of 0.004 Yuan per cubic meter .With high efficiency and low toxicity , the complex formulation will have a good appllication future. |
