Using of reclaimed water as the cooling water has good benefits both in environment and economy,While the reclaimed water need to invest water treatment agent because of the poor quality.Besides,it is difficult to treat the water after using traditional chemical treatment agent,and the discharge is also a problem.Ozone,as a kind of water treatment agent,has good corrosion-inhibiting,anti-scaling and bactericidal effects.It can also make the cost drop,increase concentrated multiple of circulating water,decrease the amount of water supply and not produce secondary pollution.However,there is not a detailed report for method and concentration of using ozone until now.(1)This paper explore the role and characteristics of ozone in water reuse recycle cooling water system through dynamic simulation experiments,discuss the best way to put ozone and best concentration of ozone.And explore the ozone with agent DJNP01,DJ02 collaborative effect,improve performance of ozone.All the work lays the foundation for the application of ozone in water reuse recycle cooling water system.The result showed that when ozone optimum dosage was 3.5 mg/L,carbon steel 20 had the best corrosion inhibition ability,the lowest corrosion rate of carbon steel 20 was 0.3035 mm/a.And the inhibition rate was 51.67%compared with the blank test.The ozone and DJNP01 have a good synergistic effect,due to the lowest corrosion rate of 0.1893 mm/a,improve the efficiency of ozone.When the CODcr was 95 mg/L and NH3-N was 20.5,the CODcr and NH3-N removal rate were 70.2%and 65%respectively.When ozone optimum dosage was 4.0 mg/L,the scaling rate was 37.15%.And ozone owns great power of sterilization,When the ozone concentration was 0.05 mg/L,ozone only needed 10 minutes to sterilize 99%of the microbes.(2)Investigated the effects of ozone corrosion,scale and sterilization in the amplification system.Analyzed the composition of the rust layer by XRD.The result showed that corrosion rate was 0.342 mm/a,the inhibition rate was 62%,the inhibition rate was 36.5%,when ozone concentration below 0.1 mg/L.γ-Fe2O3 is the main corrosion product of the rust layer,inhibition of corrosion by forming the passivation coating on the suface,which proved that using ozone as water treatment agent was feasible.
