Research On The Construction Of Entire Oil And Gas Industry Chain In Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone

With the economic growth,our demand for crude oil is expanding day by day.At present,China has become an important oil market in the world,but it lacks a corresponding voice in the international market.The establishment of zhejiang pilot free trade zone has successfully promoted the development of China's oil and gas industry.However,there is still a big gap between the development level of oil and gas industry chain in zhejiang pilot free trade zone and the developed regions abroad,so it is urgent to upgrade the world-class regions.As the third largest refining center in the world,Singapore is a model for the development of the whole oil and gas industry chain.In this context,it is of great significance for the further development of the oil and gas industry chain in zhejiang pilot free trade zone to learn from the experience of the oil and gas industry chain system construction in Singapore.This paper adopts the method of case study,and on the basis of the research on industrial agglomeration,industrial chain and free trade zone,sorts out the materials and documents obtained from field research.Starting from the definition of the whole industrial chain of oil and gas,compared to Singapore for data coding,respectively from the storage and transportation,processing,trade,bonded fuel injectors,supporting services such as link analysis both in the gap on the level of the system construction,and zhejiang free-trade area of oil and gas all the problems in the construction of industry chain system,and further puts forward corresponding proposals.This study shows that zhejiang pilot free trade zone has too many restrictions on examination and approval authority and not enough in-depth system construction in supporting services,talent supply and promoting regional cooperation in the construction of the whole oil and gas industry chain system.Based on this,this paper puts forward the improvement direction of the whole oil and gas industry chain system construction in zhejiang pilot free trade zone.While exploiting the advantages of oil and gas industry,we should expand the multi-innovation model.Improve supporting services and promote the development of maritime service derivative industry;Actively introduce talents to drive technological innovation;Regional cooperation should be strengthened to promote the sound development of the oil and gas industry chain in zhejiang pilot free trade zone.
