In China,the development of railway passenger train towards high-speed,intelligent and comfortable makes the safety and reliability of the emergency system in the compartment become more and more important.Today's passenger demand for emergency products also presents a higher standard.At present,high-speed railway emergency products are still in the process of responding to high-risk emergencies in our country,and the basic emergency products need to be upgraded urgently.Emergency rescue products and emergency rescue interactive products(APP)will be designed to provide passengers with more comprehensive and efficient emergency intelligent services.In this paper,starting from the change of the level of passengers' security requirements,the following five parts of research are carried out by using literature research,case study,user portrait drawing and real scene simulation experiment,user use test and other methods.Firstly,based on the passenger safety requirements and the current research status at home and abroad,combined with the research methods and status quo of emergency products in the context of emergency,the research content and the overall framework of the paper are formulated.Secondly,on the basis of clarifying the current situation and content,the relevant concepts of high-speed railway emergency rescue products are analyzed and defined,and the development process of emergency products is sorted out and its qualitative and cause analysis is carried out.Thirdly,in the context of emergency response,this paper studies the target users,high-speed railway emergency products and specific use scenarios.In addition,based on the passenger safety in the "people,machine,environment" system,this paper analyzes the real needs of passengers to find the design direction.Fourth,based on the demand of passengers for emergency products,this paper uses the theory of integrated design to analyze the function,use mode and function module of emergency products.The fifth is the comparative study of design concept divergence.Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the design concept,this paper deduces the specific scheme design,deepens the form,color,material application and interactive interface of the specific scheme,and finally displays the overall use effect through the renderings.The sixth is to design the emergency rescue app to provide passengers with a comprehensive emergency mode,to verify its availability in the usability test,and to provide a set of integrated design scheme of highspeed railway emergency products based on passenger safety.In terms of this topic,it is based on the safety needs of passengers,improves the level of users' needs for existing emergency products,and uses the integrated design concept to carry out application research in emergency products.Furthermore,it can form function specific products in different use scenarios according to different combination forms of various functional modules,provide more accurate and efficient services for users,and expand the application range of emergency equipment through interactive design(APP),improve users' emergency ability and improve basic security services.
