| In the context of the "Made in China 2025" national strategy,the development of five-axis laser cutting machines has also followed the trend of manufacturing.This technology realizes the three-dimensional cutting of large parts with complex surface and thin plates through the five-axis linkage.Besides,this function can meet the requirements for automatic cutting of complex surfaces such as automobile covering parts.The CNC system is too important to complete the complex control instructions of the five-axis machine tool.This article designs a novel five-axis laser cutting machine swing-head.Based on EtherCAT bus and TwinCAT platform builds a five-axis laser cutting machine tool CNC system.Connectting and debugging special servo system of Beckhoff,EtherCAT input and output module,height adjuster module and other parts realizes five-axis space linear and curve interpolation,proportional valve control and basic cutting of machine tools.At the same time,the human-computer interaction interface is designed based on HMI of Beckhoff.It is used to display and set various machine tool parameters and cooperate to realize the basic functions of the machine tool.The specific research results are as follows:1.The five-axis machine tool structural design plan is drawn up through the analysis of the kinematics model and the existing five-axis laser cutting machine.The machine body and machine swing-head which are suitable for the experimental environment are designed for the machine tool system.And it provides a strong mechanical foundation for the later researches.2.The parameter requirements for determining the A axis and C axis are based on the design of the machine tool structure.The selection of the torque motors of the two rotating axis A and C is obtained through analysis.The hardware platform of the five-axis laser cutting system is established and designed on the basis of the EtherCAT bus.3.Analyzing and studying five-axis space straight line and curve interpolation algorithm.The related simulation experiment is to set the parameters based on the Beckhoff RTCP function.4.Based on the TwinCAT platform,the structural system of the TwinCAT3 system is analyzed to understand the functions and communication methods of each module.We study the definition and implementation of M codes in software PLC and use the PID function block to test and complete the parameter setting of the height controller in the TwinCAT3 system.A five-axis laser cutting system software platform is built and designed.5.The feedback function of the real-time position of the five axis,the basic information such as the shaft speed and the feedback of the system’s alarm information are realized by the basis of the HMI of Beckhoff.The height-adjuster module includes functions such as lifting height,cutting height,light-off delay cutting,etc.,laser power switch,indicator switch and spot fire switch,and the function of proportional valve to display gas pressure is set through operating the human-machine interface. |
