With the development of laser processing technology,lasercutting machine is playing an increasingly important role in more and more industries.The large format laser cutting machine with high cutting speed and high precision has become the main trend in the future.In order to improve the stability of laser cutting machine in our country,it is necessary to solve the technical problems in the actual operation of la ser cutting machine.In this paper,two key problems of Z beam,floating plate and Longmen axle broken beam are deeply studied,and corresponding solutions are put f orward.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Aiming at the Z-axis floating collision plate problem of laser cutting machine,the control algorithm,parameter configuration and sensor measurement are analyzed.The principle of Z-axis floating control is studied,and the height of Z-axis is contr olled by the feedback of the capacitive sensor and the height of the Z-axis.The key parameters such as the maximum speed,acceleration and acceleration of the floating control are debugged.And finally the solution of Z-axis floating control of laser cut ting machine is put forward.Aiming at the problem of the beam breaking of the laser cutting machine gantry,the principle of synchronous control of the gantry axis is studied in detail.The synchronization error of the master and slave axes of the gantry axis is obtained by the feedback position of the two servo control loop encoder.And the error of the synchronous error of the gantry axis is kept within the set error range,and the error of th e synchronous error of the gantry axis is ensured.Through the above two solutions,the two technical problems of the Z-axis floati ng collision plate and the gantry axis broken beam are solved.
