Research On The Application Of Cutting Pile Embroidery Technology In Clothing And Home Textiles Design

The cutting pile embroidery originated in Qilu area,it's different from the traditional embroidery handicraft,which has unique techniques and the effect of velvet.The traditional charm and technique of cutting pile embroidery have a long history,and the uniqueness displayed in the design of clothing,accessories and home textile is outstanding.Presently,the technical and theoretical research of cutting pile embroidery are imperfect,which makes it impossible to meet the needs of consumers.Therefore,it has theoretical and practical significance to study and discuss the cutting pile embroidery technology on the application of clothing,accessories and home textiles design.Firstly,this paper introduced the history and development of cutting pile embroidery,and elaborated the process of cutting pile embroidery.Secondly,the artistic value,pattern and color of cutting pile embroidery technology is analyzed.And through the questionnaire survey method,it analyzed the cutting pile embroidery market to determine the consumer positioning and product positioningFinally,it broke the traditional cutting pile embroidery plane of the three-dimensional effect in the process,showing a velvet effect by changing the layered sandwich on practice.Try to combine the technique of cutting pile embroidery with flat stitch embroidery,and made with denim fabric and achieved good results.This paper extends the cutting pile embroidery technology to the design of apparel and home textiles by combining theory and practice,and constantly enrich the performance and cultural value of cutting pile technology to provide new ideas for the development of cutting pile technology for reference.
