Standardization is the key to improving production efficiency,and the basic work to achieve intelligent manufacturing.Scientific and reasonable standard working hours can provide elementary data support for enterprises to calculate productivity and cost,evaluate performance,arrange process flow,etc.Based on the investigation of a leatherware factory in Changshu,the paper taken wallet as the research subject,and made basic data of Wallet Processing Standard Time System by means of MTM and mathematical model,and constructed Standard Time System which is suitable for wallet processing in the way of MTM processes frameworks on overall architectural,and determined the basic modules of the system and the data logic between each module.The key of the research lies on building the elementary data of the standard working time system for wallet processing.Firstly,it obtained 13 process categories and 37 representative process by carding typical process flow of wallet production.Based on this,206 operation videos of 15 wallet products on the wallet assembly line were collected.And then,198 operation steps were extracted.Finally,7 types of operation elements were extracted according to the equivalent of principle,and each operation elements time was given time according to the action time of MTM-UAS system.The MTM method is not applicable to the variable operation unit on the wallet assembly line,so this article uses the mathematical model to formulate the standard working hours of the wallet sewing operation and the glue application operation.One of the most important applications of standard working time data is the assembly line arrangement.The article used the standard working time data obtained before,combined with the Flexsim simulation system to establish a simulation model of the wallet assembly line.The model can simulate the operation of the real production system,and it has strong data visualization.It can continuously improve assembly line by cyclic training to simulation model,which can improve the layout efficiency,equipment utilization,and daily output effectively.In this paper,simulation and optimization experiments were carried out on a wallet pipeline.The result was that the preparation efficiency was increased by 19.9%,and the average daily output increased by 8 pieces.The research results of this paper have a strong application value.On the one hand,it can provide a basic idea and elementary data for the leather industry to build a Standard Time System.On the other hand,the introduction of the Flexsim simulation model break the status quo that the leather processing pipeline arrangement is too abstract and relies excessively on human experience.Concrete pipeline scenes and direct data display can improve the efficiency of arranging workers on the pipeline.
