In recent years, with the rapid economic development, the mineral resources demand is growing day by day, and the scale excavation caused the shallow mineral resources came to dry up, and many coal mine area entering the800-1000m depth excavation. Deep mining excavation faces many problems like high ground stress, high temperature gradient, high infiltration pressure, this is the fundamental difference between shallow mining excavation, and it’s bring a series problem of tunnel excavation and its supporting.Geostress is a natural stress which exists in the underground that is not disturbed by the engineering, it’s also called initial stress or absolute stress. It only master the project area ground stress condition can be ascertain the mining general arrangement reasonable, choose the appropriate mining method, determine the best cross section shape of the tunnel, mining area and tunnel position, supporting form, supporting structure parameters, supporting time and etc, and reduce the surrounding rock control cost minimized, improve the mining economic benefit at the premise of ensure the surrounding rock stability.This paper through the hollow inclusions actual monitoring material of the ground stress of the Panbei mine and Huainan Panxie mining area, and take statistical analysis of the characteristic to these mining area ground stress. This paper use ANSYS to establish the finite element model and partition the mesh, use FLAC3D to calculate, combined actual monitoring ground stress material established the finite element model of Panbei pumping tunnel; using nonlinear solution to solve the model, combined theory analysis, analysis the surrounding rock stress, deformation characteristic and the situation after shotcrete and bolt support after the deep tunnel excavation, and do some optimization on the basis of the original tunnel supporting plan, it not only can achieve the same effect to the original supporting plan, but also more economic than the original supporting plan.
