| The control effect of full-length anchor bolt on surrounding rock is widely recognized,which is of great significance to the stability of surrounding rock in dynamic pressure roadway.At present,the theory of full-length anchor bolt support lags far behind the practice,and mainly relies on the experience method and engineering analogy method in engineering application.Through theoretical and experimental research,the failure forms of end bolt and full-length anchor bolt are analyzed,and the anchoring characteristics and stress characteristics of different types of bolts are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the transverse shear stress of full-length anchor can produce strong lateral force on surrounding rock,which makes the rock within the anchoring range form a solid bearing body,which can effectively control the strong deformation of surrounding rock of mining roadway;Through numerical simulation experiment,the control situation of bolt and surrounding rock with different anchorage length is studied,and the relationship between anchorage length and surrounding rock deformation is obtained;the failure mechanism and deformation law of dynamic pressure roadway are studied,and the stress and displacement formula of surrounding rock are deduced based on the mechanical model of surrounding rock established by limit equilibrium theory;the support concept of Roadway Based on "high","large" and "long" is derived The supporting parameters of dynamic pressure roadway are studied,and the supporting parameters of initial roadway bolt and anchor cable are calculated based on the theory of self stable invisible arch;the surrounding rock deformation of small coal pillar supporting section,bidirectional dynamic pressure affected section and gob side driving section is simulated by numerical simulation software MIDAS/GTS,and the support effect under different working conditions is compared with the subsidence of roadway roof and convergence of two sides,Finally,the support parameters of the segmented roadway are worked out;through the industrial test research in Bailiang coal mine,the effectiveness of the full-length bolt for dynamic pressure roadway support is verified,which can effectively restrain the large deformation of surrounding rock and save a lot of cost. |
