Roadway under dynamic stress control has been essential for the safety production research of coal mine, and there have been many studies on this issue, mainly including three aspects:(1) improving the physical and mechanical properties of roadway;(2) improving the stress distribution of roadway surrounding rock;(3) strengthening roadway supporting strength. Studying scientific and reasonable roadway control technology under dynamic stress, not only can guarantee the safety production of coal mine, but also can ease the increasingly serious situation of coal resources.Aiming at unique geological conditions of production of 3107 return airway of Xinyuan Coal Mine, we have made the following six aspects of the findings through theoretical analysis, numerical calculation binding studies industrial test tools, in order to effectively maintain the stability of surrounding rock:(1) Through analysing the instability mechanism of roadway under dynamic stress from three aspects analysis of the roadway lithology, rock stress distribution of roadway and roadway support strength, we have gotten the soft rock roadway deformation law and failure characteristics and rock stress distribution under different coal pillar widths.(2) By roadway retaining and stress release technology the surrounding rock stress environment of test roadway have gotten improved. By numerical simulation analysis and comparison of coal pillar stress distribution, roadway plastic zone and surrounding rock deformation characteristics with and without roadway retaining, ultimately roadway retaining and stress release technology proves effective and reasonable.(3) Based on the test roadway deformation characteristics, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, several targeted surrounding rock deformation control measures have been brought up, including: help section anchor, bottom Corner bolt, high preload, high elongation Bolt, and they prove effective and reasonable.(4) Based on the test roadway deformation characteristics, the test roadway bolting parameters are optimized through numerical simulation, and production has proved that these bolting parameters met the safety requirements.(5) Through mine stress monitoring, it has proved that a series of surrounding rock control technology can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock and meet production requirements, economic and social benefits significantly.
