The country's two-child policy,introduced in 2015,will usher in a new baby boom.The birth of the newborn will lead to the consumption of children's products.As one of the indispensable products in the process of children's growth,buggy will have a broad market prospect.However,due to the characteristics of fast growth of children's "physiology" and "psychology",such problems as "short use period","variety","easy to idle","occupy family space" and so on.Sustainable design integrates products and services to bu ild a complete sustainable solution,which can effectively relieve the ecological pressure caused by product consumption,resource waste and environmental pollution while meeting the needs of users.Therefore,the author starts with the stroller and combines with the sustainable design,proposes the strategy of product integration service system on the basis of theoretical research,product research and user research,and conducts the original design practice under its guidance.The thesis is divided into five stages to carry out the design research.In the first stage,relevant theories are studied.The development history,research status and application process of sustainable design and Kano model were reviewed by literature method.The second phase of the research on buggy products.Firstly,PEST is used to analyze the buggy market and find the opportunity gap.Secondly,the buggy is systematically studied from the product's function,structure,material and size.Finally,the author summarizes the method s used by scholars in this field in solving problems through case analysis.The third stage is user research.This paper combines qualitative and quantitative research methods to mine the problems and demands of users in the process of using the product,and then draws the user role model to extract the representative user demand points.Kano model analysis method is used to prioritize the demand points and assist the implementation of buggy design scheme in the later stage.The fourth stage is program design and value evaluation.At first,the paper puts forward the design strategy of buggy product service system.Secondly,under the guidance of the strategy,the sustainable value-oriented product design was integrated with the buggy rental service system,which extended the sustainability of the product from the system level and solved the problems of short use cycle,easy to idle,and occupied family space.Finally,from the product's function,structure,material,man-machine,color design value evaluation.The fifth stage is the conclusion and research prospect of the thesis.From a single product design to extend the life cycle to the system design level to serve more users.From the perspective of the system to solve the problems in the design and use o f the buggy,it provides an innovative development idea for the development of the buggy industry in China.
