Under the heavy pressure of daily life and work,how to keep a healthy development both physically and mentally in our fast-paced life has gradually aroused people's concern.There is no doubt that doing sports is a good way to relax.In recent years,badminton sports has achieved vigorous development and in the meantime,badminton business and projects are various but uneven.S project,composed of the national badminton training base in D city,Z Badminton Club,and X badminton school,has been a great success.Invested by S Group,S Project is mainly made up of an athletes' house(equal to a 3 Star Hotel),two venues,28 courts and a gym,with its business ranging from all kinds of Badminton trainings,students education and management cooprating with the N experimental school,operations of the badminton club and the hotel,to hosting various kinds of badminton events.By researching the marketing plan of the S Project,the paper focuses on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the badminton comprehensive project.And then guided by the theory of business management and marketing management,the paper provides some reference for the comprehensive badminton business by analyzing marketing resources,the marketing environment,the training services(product),effective option of target customers,the adjustment of pricing strategy,optimization of management and marketing personnel,the management of risk,the balance between identify and the financial.This paper will be divided into eight parts.By analyzing the domestic and foreign literature to understand the current situation of the research,the first part introduces the background and the significance of the research as well as the contents and studying methods.The second part gives a general description of the project,such as resources,products,services,advantages,and so on.The third part explores marketing environment of the project,including the macro environment and industrious environment.The fourth part analyzes the present marketing environment of the project respectively from the position of the project,analysis of target market,analysis of competitor and marketing target.The fifth part,based on the current situation of the project,formulates the marketing strategies,including product strategy,price strategy,service strategy and advertising strategy.The sixth part is about the implementation of the business plan,including the design and build of the project about management and the team architecture.It starts from the personnel structure and the distribution of work,personnel selection,training and human resource management(salary,incentive mechanism and performance management).The seventh part analyzes the capital and financial status of the project from the gold source and the use of sensitivity(cash flow,return period),forecast of sales revenue,forecast of cost and profit.The eighth part focuses on the identification and control of the risk,including the risk of policy,economy,technology,injuries and accidents of sports and uncontrollable factors.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that this project is profitable in the long term.
