Financial Analysis Of ANTA Sports Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

In recent years,the development of the sporting goods manufacturing industry has received national attention and a number of policy support,but the industry has faced many problems such as excess inventory,difficult transformation,and fierce international competition in the post-Olympic era.Anta Sports,as a leading company in the manufacture of sports goods in China,has achieved certain results in its transformation and upgrading through exploration.Its development experience and lessons have certain reference significance for companies in the same industry.This article is based on the development background of the sports goods manufacturing industry,from the perspective of corporate managers,taking ANTA as a typical case,and using Harvard analysis framework to conduct a comprehensive financial analysis of ANTA,in an attempt to find an operational transformation in the development of ANTA.It is worthy to learn from the experience,find the shortcomings in its development,and then put forward suggestions for improvement.The structure of the article is as follows: The first chapter describes the research background,research purpose and significance,research method and main research framework,and research characteristics.The second chapter sorts out the theoretical basis of the thesis.The third chapter briefly introduces the current situation of ANTA and its financial management,puts forward the shortcomings of its financial analysis methods,and elaborates the necessity of using Harvard analysis framework to conduct financial analysis of ANTA.The fourth chapter is the core part of the article,using the Harvard analysis framework to conduct qualitative and quantitative comprehensive research on ANTA.Through strategic analysis,exploring internal and external operating environment of ANTA,and analyzed the strategic choices of ANTA.Through the analysis of accounting,the accounting elements that have a significant impact on operations and therationality of its corresponding accounting policies are identified,and dangerous accounting signals are identified and the quality of its financial report disclosure is evaluated,bringing the financial analysis conclusions closer to the real situation.Financial analysis,Firstly through balance sheet and Income statement,general discussed company's development trend,then discussed asset and profit structure by trend analysis and structure analysis.And,through DuPont analysis,ratio analysis and Grey correlation analysis the main factors affecting the development of ANTA are analyzed.Prospect analysis first predicted the development prospects of the sporting goods manufacturing industry,and then predicted the future development trends and potential risks of ANTA based on the foregoing analysis.The fifth chapter comprehensively evaluates and summarizes the financial situation of ANTA,finds the experience that ANTA is worth learning from,and puts forward the shortcomings in its development,and finally puts forward suggestions for its improvement.It is hoped that through in-depth analysis of typical industry cases and comparative studies of enterprises in the industry,the overall development status of China's sports goods manufacturing industry will be presented.And it will provide some reference for the transformation and development of ANTA and other sports goods manufacturing enterprises.
