The round blade with double blade is a common cutting tool,which is widely used in daily production and life.In the lingerie manufacturing industry,a 28 mm diameter round blade is commonly used for lace cutting.By about six hours of using,the new round blade will be passivated and the cutting becomes laborious.Then,the blade needs to be ground for re-use.At present,there is no grinding machine specifically for this blade,and there is no specialized grinding machine that can be compatible with such a small size round blade.Therefore,a specialized grinding machine is designed for the round blade,which can automatically grind the double side blade at the same time and has double grinding position to reduce the loading time.Firstly,based on the grinding function to be realized,the overall design of blade grinding machine,including scheme principle,overall layout and control scheme,is made by the analysis of blade grinding principle.In order to solve the grinding vibration,forced vibration model and stress vibration model are established respectively.By the solving of model,the influence of grinding parameters on grinding stability is analyzed.The selection range of grinding parameters is determined.Secondly,the core parts,such as electric spindle,grinding wheel,slideway,ball screw,servo motor,etc.,are selected and checked.UG is used to model and assemble the identified structures and components,and then other structures are designed by using the top-down method.After completing the design and modeling of the whole machine,kinematics simulation is performed and there is no interference.Finally,based on the FEA software ANSYS 15.0,the statics and dynamics of the blade grinding machine are analyzed.Static analysis of several structural parts are made.Base on the analysis result,the deformation and stress are at the permissible range.Based on the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis of the blade grinding machine,the frequency value that should be avoid is obtained.The results show that the design of the blade grinding machine and the selection of grinding parameters are reasonable.
