With the rapid development of modern manufacturing technology,the requirements for tools are becoming more and more high-precision,high-reliability,high-efficiency and highly specialized.At the same time,the material hardness of the tool is increased and the shape of the tool is becoming more and more complicated.The tool grinding machine using the traditional process manufacturing method cannot meet the requirements of modern tools.In order to grind these tools,more and more tool manufacturers and factories use CNC tool grinding machines.CNC tool grinding machines have high precision and reliability,and can be used to machine or sharpen tools of various shapes such as turning tools,milling cutters and gear cutters.For laboratory tool grinders,the five-axis linkage CNC tool grinder is not economical.It is necessary to develop a new type of ceramic blade grinding machine suitable for laboratory use,which reduces labor intensity and improves work efficiency.In this paper,a new type of tool grinder is designed with the aim of grinding the ceramic blade.Combined with the motion control module of CODESYS software,a special control system is developed.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:1.The requirement analysis of the new ceramic blade grinding machine was carried out.A new desktop ceramic grinding machine was designed for the laboratory conditions and the ceramic blade to be ground.The grinding table and the special fixture were calculated and selected.2.The selection and design of the hardware required for the grinding machine control system.3.Using the CODESYS development environment,combined with hardware to build a grinding machine control system.4.The grinding machine control system is programmed based on the numerical control G code to realize the sharpening program design of the ceramic blade.The software of the grinding machine control system uses PLC language conforming to IEC61131-3 supported by CODESYS,ladder diagram and structured text,etc.,to write the upper computer program,realize manual grinding,automatic grinding,zero return operation,parameter setting and debugging.Diagnostic,alarm module and other functions.
