After the Industrial Revolution, the negative effects of greenhouse gas emissions became a worldwide problem.According to the statistics of the World Meteorological Organization(WMO),the global greenhouse gas emissions represented by carbon dioxide are increasing, which has exacerbated climate warming and other problems. In fact, carbon emissions from land use have a significant impact on global warming. This impact is not only reflected in the city’s carbon emission pattern, but also the city’s energy consumption structure. The German city of Frankfurt ranked second in the world’s greenest cities in 2018,and it has a deep connection with the low-carbon layout and strategies adopted in land use. Therefore, based on a low-carbon perspective, this paper studies Frankfurt’s land use. This article divides the land use types into carbon sink land and carbon emission land according to the connotation of low-carbon land use.The carbon sink land includes agricultural land, forest land, water area and grassland;carbon emission land refers to urban construction land, mainly including industrial land, transportation land and residential land. This paper uses 2010-2016 as a time series to account for and analyze land use carbon emissions in Frankfurt, and to study its changing trends and driving mechanisms. After clarifying the overall lowcarbon land use goals, first, the implementation path of carbon sink land is studied and explained Its planning layout strategy, protection measures and low-carbon model;then study the compactness of construction land, and explore the driving factors for the reduction of land use carbon emissions in Frankfurt, and analyze the low-carbon implementation path in industrial land, transportation land and residential land respectively. At the end of the article,it analyzes the deficiencies in my country’s urban land use and proposes targeted suggestions. The main conclusions are as follows:From 2010 to 2016,the net carbon emissions of land use in Frankfurt showed a downward trend, the value decreased from 7.9098 million tons in 2010 to 6.437 million tons in 2016,in which the carbon emissions of construction land continued to decrease, and land such as forest land Continuous carbon sequestration, the latter’s contribution has reduced urban land use total carbon emissions by more than 1/4.Frankfurt carried out low-carbon land use planning, promulgated relevant protection laws and planning policies for urban woodlands, and adopted comprehensive development strategies for agricultural land. For the green ring land outside the city,a visionary plan was carried out,not only to build itself To be able to fully respond to the challenges of climate change and reduce carbon emissions, and after summarizing years of planning experience,it is integrated with other construction land to carry out low-carbon land use planning as a whole-not only enhancing carbon sink capacity, but also using carbon Huilu has formed a low-carbon lifestyle. For urban carbon emission construction land, the study found that its land use compactness is constantly rising, the reason is that the construction land in Frankfurt has a strong land use intensity,a mixed land function layout, and a land structure oriented by public transportation.Among them, the planning The path promotes the implementation of carbon reduction.Industrial land adopts low-carbon land assessment and centralized layout strategies;transportation land is dominated by public transportation land construction, while focusing on planning bicycle lanes and dividing low-carbon environmental zone land;residential land adopts location assessment, stock land function allocation and combined commuting Comprehensive layout and other strategies. The analysis found that my country’s cities are inadequate in terms of land use structure,low-carbon planning development concepts and implementation paths, and summarizes the measures taken by Frankfurt in low-carbon land use,and puts forward suggestions for lowcarbon land use planning in Chinese cities. From a low-carbon perspective, this paper uses a variety of methods to analyze the characteristics and strategies of land use in Frankfurt. Finally,it proposes relevant suggestions for the problems and deficiencies in my country’s urban land use.
