Faced with the threat of external environment such as globalization of economic development,diversification of business models and fierce market competition,enterprises and even the country are increasingly aware of the importance of talents.Only by mobilizing people's enthusiasm,initiative and creativity can they compete in the fierce market competition.Invincible.FL coal mine is a coal backbone enterprise under the Heilongjiang Longmei Group.In recent years,it has been affected by the impact of the international coal market and its own poor management.The profits of the company have been declining year after year,and the phenomenon of employee turnover is obvious,especially for the highly educated and highly skilled personnel.The outflow has seriously affected the production and operation of the company.Faced with this dilemma,avoiding and reducing employee turnover has become a realistic problem that enterprises need to solve.Therefore,studying the loss of employees in FL coal mine has important practical significance for the development of the enterprise.This paper first analyzes the status quo,problems and causes of employee turnover in FL coal mines,including FL coal mine overview,human resource management status,employee turnover status,and major problems in human resource management(missing talent evaluation system,insufficient career planning,The weakening of the talent team structure,insufficient attention to brain drain),analysis of causes(internal and external reasons);secondly,in response to the existing problems and their causes,combined with the actual situation of KL coal mines,the solution to the problem of staff turnover in FL coal mines was formulated,among which Including clear strategic objectives of talent management,construction of talent evaluation system,external solutions for employee turnover(actively responding to the economic situation of the industry,adapting to industrial adjustment,retaining talents by location),internal solutions for employee turnover(increasing salary and reshaping corporate culture)Strengthen education and training,optimize the evaluation system,improve the recruitment system,smooth the promotion channels,help realize self,and implement psychological intervention.Finally,put forward the safeguardmeasures for the FL mine employee turnover solution,including the implementation steps(planning,before Preparation,formal implementation,results feedback),implementation measures(strategic positioning and talent work,strengthening the construction of talent team),safeguard measures(ideology awareness,organizational leadership guarantee,talent team security,capital investment guarantee).
