This subject is based on the derivation of the rocking chair's overturning theory,and uses ADAMS motion simulation software to analyze the stability of rocking chair furniture.It is reproducible and suitable for rocking chair structures of different rocker types,which can effectively shorten the R & D cycle of the rocking chair in the design process and save R & D costs.In the early stage,the research on the development of rocking chairs was conducted through literature search and market research,and the development of rocking chairs was summarized into four periods: the budding period of rocking chairs,the growth period of rocking chairs,the development period of rocking chairs and the maturity period of rocking chairs.According to its structure,rocking chairs can be divided into two categories: platform rocking chairs and traditional rocker rocking chairs.According to the structure,traditional rockers can be divided into four categories: arc rocker rockers,Thonet rocker rockers,Maloof rocker rockers,and other types of rocker rockers.Based on the above foundation,this subject conducted a simplified mathematical model analysis of the traditional rocker chair(three main structure rockers: arc rocker rocker,Thonet rocker rocker,and Maloof rocker rocker),using The length of the rocker under the overturning limit state of the rocking chair is solved by the method.Then use SolidWorks software for premodeling,and then import it into ADAMS software.According to the national testing standards for rocking chair furniture,mechanical simulation analysis was carried out.The conclusions are as follows:1.Use the motion simulation software to record and analyze the furniture's motion status.ADAMS software can perform motion simulation experiments on rockers of different types,different sizes,and different load states,which can be used to verify the rationality and safety of different types of rockers in the design process of rocking chairs.The experimental results show that the overturning conditions of different types of rockers are obviously different.During the experiment,when the rocker is extended to the load position of the national standard experiment,the rocking chair will not overturn.In the design process,the load of the rocking chair during use should be considered.During the experiment,when the rocker is extended to the safe position of the national standard test load,the overturning will occur under no load.In the design process,not only the rocker load but also the rocker load should be considered.In the course of the experiment,the Maloof rocker rocking chair will have a good anti-overturning ability.Even if the rocker is extended to 3/4 of the load safety position of the national standard rocking chair,it can also well protect the rocking chair Capsize.2.Using ADAMS to carry out simulation experiment analysis on three types of rocker rocking chairs,the experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical formula derivation.The experimental results show that: when the rocker is extended to a safe position where the rocking chair is loaded,the rocking chair will not overturn;the attenuation rate of the height of the center of gravity of the rocking chair can reflect the impact of the rocker on the antioverturning performance of the rocking chair from the other side;In this case,the height attenuation rate of the center of mass is about 2 ? 3 times of the load.This shows that the smaller the load of the rocking chair of the same structure,the stronger the anti-overturning ability of the rocking chair.Among the three types of rocker rocking chairs,the height of the center of mass attenuation rate in descending order is: Maloof rocker rocking chair> Sonic rocker rocking chair> Arc rocker rocking chair.Therefore,the Maloof rocker rocking chair has better anti-overturning ability.3.ADAMS motion simulation software can assist in the design of furniture structure,especially in terms of the possible problems of "furniture in the use or misuse situation",effective design guidance schemes can be corrected for its structural design defects.
