| The rural human settlement environment is an important carrier for the development of rural areas.Optimizing and improving the quality of the rural human settlement environment is the due meaning of scientifically implementing the rural revitalization strategy and promoting the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.Scientific understanding of the basic connotation,regional differences and formation mechanisms of rural human settlements is not only a new field of rural geography research,but also an objective need to promote the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategies and promote sustainable rural development.Shandong Province is a large economic province and a large agricultural province in China.It is of great academic significance and positive practical value to study the construction status and formation mechanism of its rural human settlements.From the perspective of economy-geography,this study follows the main research line of "Analysis of Rural Human Settlement Environment-Change of Rural Human Settlement Environment-Optimization of Rural Human Settlement Environment",and discusses the scientific connotation of rural living environment under the background of the in-depth implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Based on this,a comprehensive evaluation index system for rural human living environment quality including rural production environment,rural living environment,rural ecological environment,and rural social and cultural environment was constructed.Based on statistical data,the environmental quality level of 127 county units in Shandong Province in 2007,2012 and 2017 was measured and evaluated;Using the method of exploratory spatial analysis,the spatial difference characteristics of rural human settlement environment in Shandong Province are studied.And summarize the change of time and space in the rural Settlement environment of Shandong Province.Explored the influencing factors and mechanism of rural human settlements in Shandong Province by geographical detector method.With reference to the geographical division method,comprehensive consideration of physical geography,socio-economic factors and other factors,a regional zoning optimization plan for rural residential environment in Shandong Province was formulated.This study provides a scientific basis and decision-making reference for in-depth understanding of the status of rural human settlements construction in Shandong Province,scientific formulation of policies for the differential construction of rural human settlements,the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategies,and the creation of a model for rural revitalization in Qilu.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Comprehensive evaluation results show:From 2007 to 2017,the quality of rural human settlement environment in 127 county units in Shandong Province continued to improve,but there were obvious construction differences between regions.relatively high evaluation scores in urban areas and suburbs.Within the time limit of the study,the construction levels of the rural human settlements in each county unit of Shandong Province have shown different levels of improvement.Among them,the ecological environment system and the social and cultural environment system have been greatly improved,and the production environment system and the living environment system have been optimized relatively slowly.(2)According to the evaluation results,the level of rural human settlement construction in Shandong Province is divided into five types: high-level areas,higher-level areas,general-level areas,lower-level areas,and low-level areas.It can be found that the quality of rural human settlement environment in Shandong Province has spatially maintained the distribution pattern of high and inland areas in the peninsula for a long time,and has formed three high-value agglomeration centers in the Jiaozhou Bay area,the eastern part of the peninsula,and the provincial capital;With the improvement of the construction level,the inter-regional rural human settlement environment presents a balanced development trend.The results of spatial autocorrelation analysis show that: there is a significant positive spatial correlation in rural residential environment in Shandong Province,and the agglomeration gradually weakens with time;The results of local spatial autocorrelation analysis show that the spatial distribution of cold hot spots is relatively stable during the study period,the hotspots are mainly distributed in the Jiaozhou Bay area,the eastern part of the peninsula,and the provincial capitals.And the cold spots are mainly in the inter-provincial border areas;The local agglomeration types of rural human settlements in Shandong Province include H-H type and L-L type,and their spatial distribution is consistent with the characteristics of cold and hot spots.(3)Select the factors affecting the rural human settlement environment from three dimensions: economic development and industrial progress,urban-rural development and social support,natural conditions and resource endowments.Factor detection results show that factors such as urbanization rate,GDP per capita,the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries,and average altitude have a significant impact on rural human settlement environment in Shandong Province;The interactive detection results show that the interaction coupling of different influencing factors affects the quality of rural human settlement environment.And the interaction between various influencing factors is shown as two-factor enhancement and nonlinear enhancement,the influence of interaction between different factors is higher than that of individual factors.(4)The rural settlement environment types in Shandong Province are divided into 5 regions(Ludong comprehensive optimization and promotion,Luzhong function conversion and progressive type,Luxinan industry-driven development type,Lunan ecological collaborative cultivation type,and Luxibei policy-led construction area)and 11 sub-regions.Based on the principle of integrated construction and differentiated path of rural human settlement environment,corresponding construction priorities and optimized paths are proposed for the common characteristics and main problems of each subregion. |
