Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Green Capability Of Vehicle Logistics Supplier

With the development of economy and the speed of commodity circulation,China's logistics industry is booming.But then comes the resource environment problem caused by logistics activity.As a large scale of logistics industry,the transportation route covers a large area of vehicle logistics and the impact on the environment is self-evident.So the vehicle logistics providers face the test of increasingly stringent environmental requirements,how to improve logistics enterprises economic benefits at the same time,reducing logistics activities as much as possible to the consumption of natural resources,ecological environment pollution,protect the safety of stakeholders,become the vehicle logistics suppliers for sustainable development.Build green ability evaluation system,the vehicle logistics providers effectively evaluate vehicle logistics supplier green ability help suppliers clear its green and overall development,but also to the vehicle enterprises to select suppliers for scientific and reasonable standard,thus resulting in the effective purify the social environment and ascend.This study consists of six parts.The first chapter discusses the research background and significance,clarifies the research method and route.On the basis of relevant theoretical analysis,the second chapter puts forward the necessity of building the evaluation index of green capability of the whole vehicle logistics supplier,laying a foundation for the construction and application of the following index system.The third chapter builds the evaluation index system of green capability of vehicle logistics supplier based on the principles and methods of index system construction.The fourth chapter determines the weight of each index according to the questionnaire data and builds the evaluation model.Chapter 5 based on two real cases,using the index system and evaluation method respectively the vehicle logistics supplier self assessment results and sort of the automobile enterprise supplier selection and management Suggestions;The sixth chapter is summary and prospect.The research results show that the vehicle logistics supplier evaluation index system of green power by green technology,green,green culture,economic performance,information ability,storage ability,organization ability seven dimensions and twenty-nine specific indicators;Through the analysis of the seven first-level indicators,green technology is the vehicle logistics providers green ability level of the most important factor,followed by the storage capacity and green operating factors,both weight roughly equivalent,degree of importance of each secondary index also has a definite order.In view of the current status of green capacity(or worse)of China's vehicle logistics suppliers,corresponding management Suggestions are put forward.As an enterprise,we should raise awareness of green development,define the goal of green development,and formulate and perfect the green management system.As the government,we should intensify the propaganda of the green development concept,accelerate the planning and construction of the green logistics public facilities,and increase the support for the energy conservation and emission reduction of vehicle logistics suppliers.In addition,the government should also establish good communication mechanism,with the vehicle logistics supplier make logistics enterprises in the process of green development can get timely feedback,the problem of government policies can be implemented effectively,so as to achieve win-win situation between the government and logistics enterprise.
