Evaluation And Countermeasure Research On Low-carbon Logistics Development Of Road Transportation In Hunan Province

China is in a period of rapid economic and social development,strong demand for freight transportation,and increasing energy consumption of road transportation year by year.This puts higher requirements on the development of low-carbon road transport in China,but at present the development of low-carbon logistics for road transport in Hunan Province is still at a lower level.The problems are mainly reflected in the lack of mechanism system,the irrational structure of transportation vehicles,the low efficiency of transportation organization,and high energy consumption per unit.It has been difficult to adapt to the overall requirements of the development of modern logistics industry,and to the overall requirements of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Therefore,this paper is problem-oriented,constructs a set of evaluation system for the development level of low-carbon logistics of road transport to diagnose problems,and proposes specific countermeasures and measures to solve the problems.Based on the road transportation industry in Hunan Province,this paper constructs an evaluation system and method for evaluating the development of low-carbon logistics for road transportation in Hunan Province.The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the related theories and basic concepts of low-carbon logistics for road transportation are defined,and the commonly used evaluation methods are introduced.Secondly,this paper puts forward the idea of selecting low-carbon logistics evaluation indicators for road transport in Hunan Province by government,enterprises and infrastructure,constructs an evaluation index system,quantifies the indicators,and establishes index evaluation criteria.Then using the scoring method based on evaluation criteria and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on scoring results to evaluate the development level of low-carbon logistics of road transport in prefectures and cities in Hunan Province.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for adapting to low-carbon logistics of road transportation in Hunan Province are proposed.The research results of this paper provide a certain theoretical support for improving and promoting the healthy and stable development of low-carbon logistics of road transport in Hunan Province,and have a certain positive effect on the low-carbon development of logistics enterprises in Hunan Province.
