With the successive introduction of policies such as smart manufacturing and Chinese manufacturing 2025 and the rapid development of new technologies such as 5G and Internet +,the era of the Internet of Everything is coming,and a new round of industrial transformation is underway.Smart plant is an important development mode in the process of industrialization transformation and upgrading.It not only conforms to the requirements of the times,but also has a demonstration effect for the industrial upgrading of cement enterprises.However,in the course of intelligent development of cement enterprises,there is no appropriate evaluation index to evaluate the development status of smart plants so that its construction results are difficult to verify.Therefore,this article takes the smart plant-Tangshan Jidong cement Co.,Ltd as an example.Through an exhuastive research,a set of realistic and feasible evaluation index system is established to analyze the overall status of its operation and existing deficiencies which is providing strong support for project construction.This will be of great significance to the decision-making of smart factory projects.At the same time,whether from the perspective of technical level or the construction concept and connotation of smart factories,the evaluation of the smart factory of Jinyu Jidong Cement Co.,Ltd.is also useful for other smart factory construction.It has reference significance.First,this article analyzes the research background of the topic selection of the thesis with expounding the value of the topic selection,and summarizes the research status of intelligent manufacturing at home and abroad.Secondly,as introducing the concept of project evaluation,related theories as well as comprehensive evaluation methods of projects,and combining the reality of smart factory projects to determine the methods required in this paper.Again,the basic situations of some smart factory projects of Jinyu Jidong Cement Company is analyzed and introduced.Secondary,according to the actual situation of Jinyu Jidong Cement's smart factory project,a comprehensive evaluation index system for smart factory projects is constructed from the four aspects: technical level,environmental construction,efficiency construction,and project managementcapabilities,and calculated using the analytic hierarchy process.The index weights are then used for the overall analysis of the project using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In the end,the fuzzy vector single-valued evaluation method is used to find the weak links in the development process of the smart factory.Finally,analyzing some of its problems on the basis of the current situation of Jinyu Jidong Cement Smart Factory and the results of comprehensive project evaluation.Besides,this article puts forward some corresponding improvement opinions.
