Study On Quality Management Of Intelligent Machine Tool Improvement Project Of S Division Of SY Group

At present,the third industrial revolution has emerged,the mode of production has changed,information technology,communication technology began to enter the whole process of consumption and manufacturing,the core is intelligent equipment,the carrier is intelligent factory,the essence is to give birth to a new division of labor.The fourth industrial revolution is blowing the trumpet.China's machine tool industry in 1999 rapid development,production continued to grow,sales continued to grow,the scale once reached the world's top three.But as the global economy enters a new era,the traditional model is coming to an end as markets and consumer demand change dramatically.The successful manufacturing of domestic intelligent machine tools in 2013 has enabled SY group to climb to a new height.With the opening of the international market,the influx of foreign companies,enterprises will face new challenges.With the shrinking of market sales data and the increase of customer demand,the improvement of intelligent machine tool project has become an urgent issue.In response to the policies of the municipal government in 2016,SY group realized "enterprise transformation",comprehensively upgraded its products,and quickly established the intelligent machine tool improvement project of S business division.S business division has made outstanding contributions to the market promotion and brand promotion of the intelligent machine tool development project.However,there are many problems in the quality management of S business division's intelligent machine tool development project.One of them is the lack of strict quality management,which is also the reason for the decline of the project's product reputation and customer satisfaction.This paper takes the intelligent machine tool project of S division of SY group as the research object.Based on the requirements of is09001:2015 quality management system and the application of the overall quality management theory,this paper analyzes the quality management of the intelligent machine tool development project of S business division and tracks the whole processing process of the intelligent machine tool development project,aiming at the factors affecting the process control of project quality subjectively.Through the above contents,this paper analyzes several problems of quality management of S business division's intelligent machine tool development project one by one.It is hoped that through the research and analysis of the quality management of the intelligent machine tool project of S business division,guidance will be provided for the intelligent machine tool improvement project of S business division.It is also hoped that the study of this paper can provide a feasible reference for the project quality management of the machine tool industry in China.
