Many state-owned enterprises in China are in a very backward stage in the application of performance appraisal system.Cangzhou China resources gas co.,ltd.is a joint venture between cangzhou gas corporation and China resources gas group.Based on its current development status,this paper aims to increase its market share through regional user development projects and further improve the profitability of the enterprise.Taking employee performance appraisal as the research object,this paper aims to establish a new performance appraisal scheme through the "532" performance appraisal model and the hay's appraisal method from the perspectives of realizing the enterprise's business objectives,motivating employees to work hard,and standardizing management behavior.First of all,through the analysis of the current development of performance appraisal in China,and the introduction of the importance of performance appraisal,through domestic and foreign references to comprehensively understand the relevant theory of performance appraisal.Secondly,according to the current situation of performance appraisal of Cangzhou Huarun Gas Co.,Ltd.and the characteristics of the company's regional user development projects,this paper puts forward specific,implementable and operable performance appraisal schemes for its performance appraisal system.Thirdly,in the regional user development project of cangzhou China resources gas co.,LTD.,the responsibilities and obligations of employees at all levels have been developed after the haishi evaluation of the functions of employees at all levels.At the same time,it is found that the evaluation result of hay's is similar to the "532" model,so the existing performance appraisal system is improved by using the "532" modelFinally,specific measures are proposed to ensure the implementation of the company's performance appraisal:the management attaches importance to and sets up a special organizational structure of performance appraisal,and creates a good project atmosphere.
