Marine biological fouling is one of the main factors hindering the development of the shipping industry.Biological pollution has brought threats to the safe use of ships and other equipment,directly causing immeasurable losses to the national economy and endangering the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,it is of great significance to study antifouling coatings.The traditional antifouling coatings are gradually banned due to their toxicity,and the future marine antifouling is developing towards the environmental and efficient direction.Polyaniline polymer materials,due to its unique doping mechanism and biocompatibility,will be doped or compounded with different antifouling substances to give it a variety of functions,which opens up a new path for the research of environmental protection and antifouling additives.In this paper,the intrinsic polyaniline and polyaniline doped with nano,inorganic acids,organic acids,salts materials with antifouling properties were prepared,a total of 10 polyaniline materials were synthesized,the structure and morphology of polyaniline materials were analyzed by means of comprehensive characterization.By blending polyaniline materials or polyaniline compound biological antifouling agent gramine materials with acrylic resin,the antifouling performance of different polyaniline antifouling additives in the coating was tested,and the coating with excellent antifouling performance was obtained.Further on this coating,the corrosion resistance in saltwater was studied by the anticorrosion test method,and the antifouling and anticorrosion mechanism of polyaniline in the coating was analyzed and summarized.It includes the following three aspects of research content:(1).The intrinsic polyaniline material and polyaniline materials doped with inorganic acids(hydrochloric acid,sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid),organic acids(dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid,tannic acid),salts(sodium lignosulfonate,sodium benzoate),nano materials(graphene oxide,graphene)materials were prepared by chemical oxidation synthesis.By means of FTIR,UV,XRD and SEM,the structures and morphologies of these ten polyaniline materials were analyzed in detail,which laid a foundation for the performance study of the polyaniline coating.(2).The antifouling properties of polyaniline and polyaniline composite gramine as antifouling additives of 21 kinds of acrylic coatings were tested in indoor algae suppression experiments and aquarium hanging board experiments.The polyaniline acrylic coating with better antifouling performance was obtained by analyzing the algal inhibition rate and the proportion of adhesion area on the surface of the coating,The influence of polyaniline dopant and compound gramine on the antifouling performance of the coating was discussed(3).Based on the coating with better antifouling performance,the contact angle measurement,electrochemical analysis,and saltwater immersion test were adopted to further study and verify the anti-corrosion performance of the coating.Combining the antifouling and anticorrosion test phenomena and the characterization results of polyaniline materials,the antifouling and anticorrosion mechanism of polyaniline materials is analyzed. |
