Polyaniline(PAn)is considered to be the most prospective in application among the various structural conducting polymers. Polyaniline become the focus in the anti-corrosion domain because of tis outstanding anti-corrosion capability,especially it and tis composite can enhance the dope,s capability,make it have important science significance and huge value.In this paper, Use the gel - gel legal system to make cerium particles,put cerium nitrate and citric acid into the thermostat to react, control the temperature for about 65℃,then when the xerogels were generated,put them in the drying baker to dry, control the temperature for about 120℃,and finally put them into the muffle furnace to roast , control the temperature for about 500℃, cerium particles was prepared. Using the Mastersizer to analyse the Ceria oxide powder,we find that the particle size of Ceria oxide powder assumes normal distribution; using SEM to observe the Ceria oxide powder,find that the structure of the Ceria oxide powder are near-spherical and porosity.By chemical synthesis, insulated PAn and PAn wrapped sheet CeO2 composite particles has been prepared. The pH changes in the polymerization process,the images and particle size distribution of PAn and PAn / CeO2 composite particle were characterized.Its feature is irregular,---. Anti-corrosion coatings is made of a resin material and the composite particles as the filling, applied to the treated low-carbon steel specimen, Through the coating dip in 1mol/L HCl solution, 0.38mol/L NaCl solution and 1mol/L NaOH solution to observe the coating surface morphology, by studying the ratio of An / CeO2 and the content of composite materials influence on the corrosion performance of coatings.Finding the best of the best preparation of coating formulations.Experimental results show that the charge of coating surface and the charge of metal surface more easily exchange, the solution more easily penetrate into the metal surface under the coating, corrosion resistance gradual decreased; With changing ratio of An and CeO2 by 0:6,1:25,1:50 to 1:100, corrosion resistance gradual enhanced,when the ratio of An and CeO2 to 1:50, corrosion resistance gradual decreased and then it enhanced again when to 1:100. when the ratio of An and CeO2 is 1:100, the shielding effectiveness of the coating is best,the numerical value of the capacity is minimum. The penetrability resistance is strongest. The ratio of filler and epoxy resin is 30%, which coatings dipped in acid, alkali and salt water solution, have the best resistance corrosion.
