Research On Operational Performance Evaluation Of Z Company Sewage Treatment Plant

The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)officially regards green development as one of the core tasks of the follow-up work,which clearly points out that the multi-dimensional reform of ecological civilization needs to be accelerated in the future development process to build a better China.The harmonious coexistence between man and nature should be promoted,the comprehensive governance of multiple dimensions such as mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses should be promoted as a whole,and stricter ecological protection standards should be adopted.At present,there are many sewage treatment plants in China,which have made a great contribution to reducing the environmental pollution pressure in cities and towns.However,some sewage treatment plants have high operating cost,low operating load rate and incomplete sludge disposal.Therefore,it is very important to improve the operation and management capacity of sewage treatment plants.A more complete performance evaluation system is needed to analyze and improve the level of sewage treatment plant in the future.Z company is the largest local water enterprise,which has many years of rich experience in the sewage treatment industry and is also an advanced level in China.However,at present,sewage treatment charges and costs are seriously inconsistent.The competent authorities of enterprises only pay attention to the discharge index of effluent after sewage treatment and the financial index of economic operation statistics of water enterprises,which lacks a unified comprehensive operation performance evaluation system.The scoring method of each indicator was given,and the weight of each indicator was determined by the expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process.The operating index parameters of Z company in Guangzhou sewage treatment plant were systematically analyzed and evaluated.A case study of one of the more excellent and representative sewage treatment plants was carried out.After the empirical analysis of the sewage treatment plant,the performance score results showed that the sewage treatment plant had excellent management and operation in all aspects.Energy saving through distributed solar photovoltaic system.The research results have certain reference value for formulating relevant standards of sewage treatment industry and improving the operation and management of sewage treatment plant in Guangzhou.
