When economic and social development enters a new era,the continuous deterioration of the environment has become a severe test for human survival and development.Nowadays,all sectors of society are concerned not only with the speed of development,but also with the quality of development.They also focus on the impact on the ecological environment.The public has become more sensitive to the ecological environment and more actively participated in it.Environmental group events have shown explosive growth,such as the Xiamen PX project in Fujian,the Panyu garbage incineration plant in Guangdong,and the Feilaixia renewable resource project in Qingyuan,etc.Development and social stability pose huge challenges.The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the overall layout of "five-in-one" implementation of economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,and ecological civilization construction." " Civilization construction ",the official establishment of the Central Environmental Protection Inspector Group until the completion of environmental protection inspections has fully covered,marking that China has entered the strictest " environmental protection governance era ",elevating ecological environmental protection to an unprecedented strategic height,in the past " at the expense of the environment The development of "can no longer be accepted by the general public who are awakened by environmental protection awareness."
