The rapid development of the global economy has also brought about problems such as climate change caused by excessive emissions of greenhouse gases. With the increase in people's awareness of environmental protection, the implementation of clean energy transformation has improved the status of clean energy in the energy structure and reduced the use of fossil fuels Become the consensus of all countries in the world. In recent years,China's clean energy has developed rapidly, and the ensuing contradictions have become increasingly prominent.Despite the continuous improvement of clean energy installations, the problems of difficult consumption and low utilization rate have seriously restricted further development. How to further promote the consumption of clean energy under the condition of marketization of electric power, thereby reducing carbon emissions, and better promoting the process of energy transformation is a problem that has been discussed in academic circles in recent years. With the establishment of the carbon trading pilot, the implementation of the renewable energy quota system and its derived green certificate trading mechanism is imminent. The carbon trading and green certificate trading mechanisms can respectively quantify the cost of carbon emissions and the benefits of producing and using clean energy green electricity. The introduction will inevitably change the existing electricity market structure, affect the distribution of benefits of various market players and improve the current status of clean energy consumption. However, the relevant mechanisms and policies are still not mature enough, and more research is needed to determine the details of the system. In view of this, this paper studies the impact of the introduction of carbon trading mechanism and renewable energy quota system and its derived green certificate trading mechanism on hydropower and thermal power systems for hydropower consumption and promotion of emission reduction, mainly including the following aspect:First,it introduces the current domestic and foreign research status of carbon trading mechanism, renewable energy quota system, green certificate trading mechanism and clean energy inter-provincial consumption mechanism, and analyzes the concepts and significance of related mechanisms in detail.Clarify the reasons for the clean energy consumption dilemma and the introduction of the carbon trading mechanism and the green certificatetrading mechanism under the renewable energy quota system and their operating principles. It also introduces and analyzes the typical project of power transmission from west to east in China. Then,in order to measure the impact of the introduction of the carbon trading.mechanism and the green certificate trading mechanism,an objective function was established that aimed at minimizing the cost of electricity purchase across the entire network, and evaluated by carbon emission reductions, emission reduction benefits, clean energy utilization, etc.Indicators measure the results.Using the established model, the quantitative analysis method was used to discuss the transaction price of the carbon market, the cost of electricity transmission, the ratio of power transmission across provinces, the ratio of renewable energy to non-renewable energy, the price of green certificates, and the quota system for renewable energy. The influence of parameters such as quota ratio on the results. The final calculated results can be used as suggestions for the future construction and operation of the carbon trading market and the green certificate market.
