| In recent years,the new energy represented by wind energy has developed rapidly and made remarkable achievements in China due to its advantages such as abundant reserves,green environmental protection and short development cycle.However,wind power generation itself has certain volatility and prediction error.Due to the limitation of wind power volatility and consumption channels,China will abandon tens of billions of kilowatt-hours of wind power every year,and the consumption problem has become the bottleneck affecting the development of wind power in China.At present,China is in an important transition period from the planned system to the market system reform.In the long run,how to make full use of the market mechanism to promote the consumption of wind power is a problem worthy of further study.Therefore,in view of the two problems of large emissions of polluting gas from thermal power units and high wind abandonment rate of wind power,combined with the research background of electricity market trading at home and abroad,the trading of wind and fire power generation rights can be adopted to promote energy conservation and emission reduction and optimize resource allocation.The thesis content and innovation points of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)Analyzing the best quotation of both parties.Firstly,the trading mechanism and market structure of wind-thermal power generating rights are discussed in detail.The traditional trading of power generating rights mainly focuses on the study of bidding and profit distribution through the high-low matching mechanism under the model of centralized matchmaking and on the premise of maximizing social welfare.In view of this,based on the transaction mode,bilateral consultation will trade both sides take turns to offer as a dynamic game,this thesis use Rubinstein(Ariel Rubinstein)bargaining game model to determine the wind-thermal power price,and analyzes the effect of discount factor and quotation sequence on the distribution of incremental profit between two parties.The results show that one side will get more incremental profit with the increase of its discount factor,and getting less incremental profit with the decrease of the other’s discount factor.The party that makes the first offer will have a clear first-mover advantage.(2)Analyzing the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.The generating rights trading plays an important role in the implementation of energy saving scheduling,and the carbon trading mechanism can also reduce the cost of power generation and carbon emissions through market means,which can have a synergistic effect on energy saving and emission reduction.Based on this,this thesis analyzes the power generating rights trading from the view of coal consumption saving and carbon emission reduction,and introduces two parameters,standard coal consumption rate and carbon emission coefficient,to analyze the energy saving and emission reduction effect caused by power generation rights trading.The analysis results show that power generation rights trading and carbon trading can effectively promote the coal consumption of thermal power units and reduce the carbon emissions of the power industry.(3)Analyzing the final profit of both parties.This thesis constructs a combined trading income model of power generation rights trading,carbon trading and green certificate trading,and analyzes the impact of the three on the final income of both parties.The analysis results show that the combined trading profit model of wind-thermal power generating rights,which takes carbon trading and green certificate trading into consideration,can effectively improve the final returns of both parties.This model is helpful to stimulate the enthusiasm of all power generation enterprises to participate in the trading of power generation rights,and stimulate the enthusiasm of thermal power units to participate in the system peak regulation,in order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction,optimization of resource allocation and promotion of wind power consumption. |
