With the industrial upgrading,the stability quality-control and technology promotion are the only guarantee to maintain the competitiveness.The roller heat treatment furnace is used to the annealing,normalizing,tempering heat treatment of steel bars.Because of its good quality,high yield,the production process of the temperature field prediction is the basic research contents of making heat treatment and it has an important significance to the development of heat treatment technology.In this paper,Taking a radiant tube indirect heating roller heat treatment furnace as the research object,using the illusion plane theory to simplify geometry model of the heat treatment process,calculated out equivalent emissivity of different heat treatment area of the furnace.The isothermal spheroidizing annealing of GCr15 at 795±10℃ for 3-4 hours and to holding temperature at 720+10℃ for 5 to 6 hours after quick cooling is taken as an example,the radiation heat transfer process was calculated by using finite element method and FEA software,and obtained the heat treatment furnace temperature distribution at the process heated,provided the reference for the heat treatment process formulating.The uniformity test of heat treatment furnace was executed in the same process,verified the accuracy of analysis of model.And simulated the temperature distribution in different positions of multilayer bar,provided theoretical guidance for actual production.According to the results of metallographic structure,the isothermal spheroidizing annealing process was adjusted which was heated at 810±10℃ for 5-6 hours,then rapid cooling to 730±10℃ and holding the temperature for 5-6 hours.The new process was simulated and analyzed,and the temperature distribution and temperature holding time of the new process was calculated.Under the new process,the spherical structure meeting the national standard grade 2 can be obtained.
